This is where we securely store your personal information as part of your virtual career with us. Rest assured, we have no interest in sharing your details with any other company. Your password is stored in an encrypted format, ensuring that we can't read it or change it manually. This measure is in place to protect your security and maintain the integrity of your virtual pilot profile.

This email serves as your account identifier. To ensure security, it cannot be changed without verification. If you need to modify it, please contact us using your current email address.
Rank:
The "Rank" field allows you to freely select or change your rank according to the role you wish to endorse for flight simulation purposes. This flexibility lets you customize your experience and align it with your preferred virtual career path.
Please note that we also have a separate principle of rank awards, which is unrelated to this user-selected rank. Rank awards are given based on specific criteria and achievements within our community.
Virtual Airline:
The "Virtual Airline" field in your profile reflects the VA you are currently affiliated with. Please note that you cannot modify this field directly.
To join a Virtual Airline, you must receive an invitation from the VA. If you wish to change your Virtual Airline, the new VA must also send you an invitation. Accepting this new invitation will automatically override your previous VA affiliation.
Crewcode:
Your Crewcode is used within our tool to sign your exports alongside your PIN number. This code simulates the workflow used in real life and helps identify your exports. Some Virtual Airlines may require you to set a specific crewcode to accurately track and manage your data. Please ensure you use the correct Crewcode as specified by your Virtual Airline.
PIN:
The PIN code is used to sign and export your data. Please note that the PIN code is not encrypted in our database. Do NOT use any sensitive information as your PIN code.
Streaming Live:
If you're a streamer (on YouTube, Twitch, etc.) and want to conceal your real name, you can achieve this by using a Stream Alias. This allows you to go live without revealing your true identity whenever necessary.
Providing your Discord Profile helps us assist you more efficiently when you contact us through Discord. By having this information on file, we can quickly verify your identity and address your inquiries with greater speed and accuracy.
